Feelings

Hey Hi !! Here's a new one !!

Feelings.

What are feelings ?? How do they develop ?? What stimulates there growth ?? Why do we even have that ??

Well, to me these are pretty complicated and I just gave it a shot via my own specs of thoughts, in the paras to come. So let's go thru what I feel about these.

Feelings, can be good or can be bad. Can make us happy or can make us go angry. Can make us fall in love or can well may make us come out of an established relationship. So,what defines them !! Ask me, and I would say, these are the observations that our soul (not brain) make every passing second. I said not brain because, brain observes things and translates them into our thought process or may be perception, but never feelings. Though, at times, our perception or thought process help us develop certain types of feelings but not always, so count brain out. So, feelings are special, undoubtedly. These are our very own degree of inclination or declination towards or away from a certain individual.

Now, how do they develop:

Trust me on this, but going by what I have observed till date, there is no certain or fixed way of this. It just happens, may be at times due to a certain action but that's very rare. Feelings develop because of certain things that keep happening over a continuous period of time, either good or bad. They never just get developed due to one incident or action. There are cases where, we never come to know that we have got feelings for a certain individual, unless we actually develop it. Also, we may develop feelings for an individual, whom we never even imagined, we will. So, its pretty complicated.

Why do we even have feelings:

Since, we are all human beings, we are blessed with amazingly confusing organs named soul and heart. These organs lives or survives on certain special food. Well, no points for guessing the right answer though, this food is feeling and emotion. And knowingly or unknowingly, we tend to feed them with their favorite food, in order to keep ourselves alive.

There is a bigger picture to this as well, in the making though. Will share with you, once that work is completed.

Expression

What happens when we go thru something in our life ? How do others come to know about what we are going thru ? What makes a happy person differ from one who is sad ? What do we do when we are happy or similarly what shows we are sad ?

Answer to all these questions is in just one word - EXPRESSION, expression of feelings !! We smile, laugh, grin and cheer up when we get happy. On the other hand, we cry, sob or feel down whenever we are sad. Don't we ? Yes, we do.

Now, here is what I want to talk about this very simple and common things of expression. What decides that a smile is always an expression of happiness ? What decides tears rolling down the eyes always denote sadness ? On the contrary, there have always been instances, where tears show extreme happiness.

I have seen ppl in my life who use to have a very different way of expressing there feelings than others, and in fact, they never failed to convey there feelings. Though, not all can decipher the true meaning of every expression. But, one thing is for sure, those who have been thru such things can understand. What happens when we are disappointed immensely but have none next to us to share the load ? Few may cry, others may get angry or may panic. But, trust me on this, I have seen ppl who just stare blank at the sky or to a point zero, without uttering a single word or showing any symbol of stress on there face. Does this mean, that, situation does not have any impact on them ? Certainly not. They are impacted as well, it's just that they don't want others to know, what exactly are they going thru.

Few ppl keep smiling, instead of immense pain or problems that they have in there lives. This may keep the environment around them positive and happy, but at the same time this helps them prevent others from digging into there wounds and hurt them more. Because, they feel, it's better to keep things to oneself rather than to let ppl keep digging the same repeatedly.

So, pls stop stereotyping expressions. A smile doesn't always say, all is well or a tear doesn't always mean one is stressed.

Life is short, let's stay happy and help ppl stay happy in whatever possible way we can !!

Difficulties and how to deal with it.

What happens when we face difficult situations in our life ?? Don't we panic ?? We all do. We get sad, we get annoyed, we feel down and much more. These are the human's own way of expressing the pain that one goes thru.

What is the best way to overcome these tricky situation ?? I am calling it as a tricky situation coz I feel so. Why I feel so is because, these situations are not permanent and at the same time can be very painful and may cause an individual to loose his or her cool completely for that span of time. So, now coming back to the ways to overcome. To know the best ways, first we have to understand what are the ways that we all use. Out of all those ways, we will try to find out which are the good ones and leave out the non reasonable ones.

We scream, mostly when we get annoyed or irritated. Don't we ? We all do. But, let's see it from a third person's point of view. Suppose you are passing by and you see a person shouting on somebody and abusing. Does it look or sound correct to you ? Answer is NO. Never. Then, why we do that ? We all do. Or at least most of us, with me also not being an exception. So, this is certainly not the best way to tackle such situation. Screaming - Striked out.

Next, what we do is we get violent. We in many cases cross the line and get violent. We try to use our force because of anger overflowing in our brains. Every great who took birth on this planet have sometime or the other mentioned - Anger is the biggest enemy of an individual. And rightly so. When we let anger get over our consciousness, we actually loose the war against forces trying to not let us behave humanly. So, anger can never be the solution. In fact once we calm down we always end up regretting about what we have done out of anger. So Anger - striked out.

Above were just the two examples where we see how we harm ourselves while trying to teach the other person a lesson.

Let's see a golden approach of handling such situation.

Breathe deeply, think, analyse and then decide. Don't jump on to conclusions. Now, every one will say, these things are easier said than done. Indeed they are. I agree completely. But, as the saying goes, nothing is impossible, if u try for it and try it right. So friends, try and keep yourself calm. Take wiser decisions and save yourself from humiliation and regret later.

And remember, To forgive someone is the biggest punishment you can ever give.
